Ingredient List: 400g chicken tenderloin fillets. 100g Rocket lettuce (washed). 100g block of Parmesan cheese (shaved). 1x large orange peeled and separated into wedges. 1x fennel plant. 2x handfuls of green olives. 1x tablespoon of green capers. 2x tablespoon of roasted pine nuts.
