Sweetness and fun... in bottled form

A perfect party wine as used at our functions. It is especially popular in summer. Blush Wine is similar to a "Moscato". This wine, made from Muscat Gordo Blanco, has been put over Grenache skins during fermentation to give it a characteristic 'salmon' colour. We often call this wine the 'pink'.

Fermentation is stopped half-way and the wine is a sweet style and the wine is softly sparkling (fruzzante).
